Apply · Two places remain
A thirty-minute conversation. No contract on the table.
Applying is not a commitment. It is a thirty-minute conversation with the principal — about your gallery, about what's currently working and what's not, and about whether the architecture fits. If it does, an agreement follows. If it doesn't, the conversation ends and the gallery does not hear from us again unless the gallery writes again.
Four steps. About three weeks.
Write
Send a short note to founding@sentyal.com — your gallery, your locations, the artists you represent, and what's on your mind. Two or three paragraphs is plenty.
Talk
A thirty-minute conversation with the principal within seven days. Video preferred, voice if you prefer. We talk about the work, the records, the practical fit. No slide deck.
See it run
A walkthrough of the architecture as it runs in the live gallery. You see the records, the inquiry handling, the documentation flow — not a demo, the real system handling real work.
Decide
If both sides see a fit, an agreement follows. The terms are the published Founding Partner terms. Setup begins within two weeks. If either side passes, the conversation closes cleanly.
founding@sentyal.com
Read by the principal first. A reply usually comes within twenty-four hours, naming next steps. The conversation is real.
Write to founding@sentyal.com →What to include — optional but useful
- Gallery name, location(s), website
- Artists you represent and the medium focus
- What you currently use for catalogue and records
- What's working and what isn't
- Why a founding-partner arrangement fits now, in your words
What we're looking for.
Not size, not prestige, not exhibition history. The right founding partner is a working gallery with serious records discipline, a real client base, a clear sense of what's broken about the current way records are kept, and a willingness to be in the room while the art world arm is shaped.
If that sounds like your gallery, the next move is a thirty-minute conversation. If it does not, the architecture is still available on standard terms after the founding window closes.
