Proof / The proprietary system

Proof 02 · The proprietary system

An original method. Documented. Dated. Owned.

A verification infrastructure offered to working institutions has to itself rest on something more than configuration. The SENTYAL proprietary system is the original method underneath — the structural approach to keeping records sovereign, operations continuous, and provenance transferable across stewards.

It is not asserted; it is on file. The submissions are dated. The ownership is on the record. The implementation in working code is the visible part; the method is the part that does not change when the implementation gets rewritten.

What is on file

A short factual reference.

CATEGORY
An original method for keeping institutional records sovereign, operations continuous, and provenance transferable. The method covers the structural approach across each surface — not the user interface, not the visual treatment, not the brand. The system underneath them.
SUBMISSIONS
Thirteen separate filings of record on file with the United States authority, covering distinct components of the system. Each filing is dated. Each filing is on the public record under the principal's name. Each filing is pending the standard examination process at the time of writing.
PRINCIPAL
All thirteen filings are submitted in the principal's name as sole inventor. No co-inventors, no assignees outside the principal's own holding entity, no licences granted at the time of writing. The system is owned by one person, by design.
STATUS
In examination. The architecture is operating live during the examination period at a live gallery operation, generating dated reduction-to-practice evidence with every transaction it handles. The operating record is itself documentation that supports the filings.
SCOPE
Components covered include the sovereign-records mechanism, the continuous-operation routing, the transferable-provenance recordkeeping, the exception-surfacing pattern, and the cross-validation rules described elsewhere on this site. Each was developed in response to a specific failure mode observed in working markets.
TIMING
Non-provisional progression target: April 15, 2027. The current period through that date is being used to refine, document additional reduction-to-practice in the working gallery, and prepare the broader filings that follow the first thirteen.
A note on what this means for clients

It means the architecture is not borrowed.

The submissions on file answer that question on the record, not on the principal's word. The dates are external. The category is external. The inventor's name is external. A reader who wants to verify can look it up.

What the submissions do not do is grant exclusivity yet — the examination is in progress. What they do is establish dated precedence, owned by the principal, against any later party that would claim to have arrived at the same structural answers independently.
