Proof

Four kinds of proof.
Each verifiable
from the outside.

A claim about gallery software has to itself be verifiable, or the claim does not survive scrutiny. SENTYAL puts four kinds of proof forward — each of which a reader can examine without taking our word for any of it.

The gallery

a live gallery operation runs daily on the SENTYAL platform. Two physical rooms, a curated roster of represented artists, hundreds of catalogued works, monthly exhibition openings. The architecture either works or it does not, in front of paying clients, every day. The gallery's website is reachable, the inquiries are answered, the records hold up.

The proprietary system

The SENTYAL proprietary system — the original method by which records are kept sovereign, operations are kept continuous, and provenance is kept transferable — is documented, dated by filings of record, and held by the principal. Not asserted. Recorded. Not pending verification. On file.

The covenant

The architecture operates under a published covenant — a small set of operational principles that govern what gets decided automatically and what gets escalated, what gets said and what gets withheld, what counts as truth and what counts as opinion. The covenant exists in writing, dated, and bound to the operation.

The ledger

Every meaningful operational decision the architecture makes is anchored to a public-facing ledger entry — sequence number, date, action, hash. The ledger is append-only, externally verifiable, and grows continuously. The count at the moment this page was last updated: 888 entities, 182+ anchors, sequenced through May 2026.

A note on each

Each proof answers a different skeptic.

The gallery answers "does it work in a real room with real clients." The proprietary system answers "is this an actual original method or a re-packaged commodity." The covenant answers "how does it decide when no one is watching." The ledger answers "what has it actually done, and can I check."

The four together answer the only question that matters: is it real, and can it be held to.

The Register

Every entry in the SENTYAL register carries a sequence number, a timestamp, and a cryptographic hash of the entry and everything before it. No entry can be silently altered — any modification breaks the chain and is immediately detectable. No entry can be deleted — the append-only architecture has no delete operation at any permission level. The ledger is independently verifiable by any party, at any time, without SENTYAL's involvement. This includes SENTYAL's own AI systems.
